Frequently asked questions.

WE’VE WORKED VERY HARD OVER THE LAST 4 YEARS TO CREATE A DESIGN-FORWARD NATURE-IMMERSIVE COMMUNITY.

WHEN WE FIRST TOURED THIS SITE, WE KNEW IMMEDIATELY THIS WAS WHERE WE WANTED TO BE.  THE NATURAL BEAUTY AND FEATURES, AS WELL AS THE AREA'S CONVENIENCE, SPOKE POWERFULLY TO ALL THE PARTNERS.
OUR GOAL WAS TO DO SOMETHING NO ONE ELSE HAD DONE IN WILLIAMSON COUNTY, SOMETHING ADVENTUROUS AND A LITTLE WILD.  WE HOPE YOU LIKE WHAT WE’VE DREAMED UP IN ARRINGTON WOODS.

  • Do you like horses?  We are a horse-friendly community.

  • Arrington Woods is located in Williamson County School District.  Zoned Schools: College Grove Elementary / Fred J Page Middle / Fred J Page High

  • St. Michael’s Academy, a private Catholic school, is 5 minutes up the road.

  • Incredibly convenient location.  9 minutes from downtown Nolensville, with many restaurants, shops, and grocery.  6 minutes from 840.  10 minutes from Arrington Vineyards.

  • What can I build? A minimum of a 4200 square foot home.  We have a small architectural review board that reviews plans and ensures they align with the neighborhood aesthetics.

  • Can I bring my own builder? Yes.

  • Can I use my own architect? Yes.

  • What notable features does Arrington Woods have?  In addition to our spectacular sites, rolling hills, mature trees, and vistas, we have a historic preserve listed in the National Register of Historic Places and maintained by the Battle of Franklin Trust.  This will function like a small walking park in the development, right at the top of the ridge.  A great place for a sunset.

  • What does the HOA cover? All the details of the HOA are spelled in the CCR document, which we will provide upon request. All common areas of Arrington Woods, including the detention ponds, the historic preserve, and the gated entrance will be maintained by the HOA
